The lounge/kitchen area comprises of a large corner sofa and table/chairs. There is satellite TV, DVD/CD and some books for your enjoyment.
Bedroom 1 is a twin room situated on the ground floor and comes with a fully fitted wardrobe, bedside lockers, reading lights and air conditioning. There is a downstairs toilet and shower room.
Bedroom 2 is a king size double and also has the same fittings as bedroom 1 with an en-suite and entrance to the upstairs terrace. The ground floor terrace has ample space for outside dining and there is also the advantage of the upstairs terrace which you can use for sun bathing and dining also.
There are 4 sun loungers, a table and 4 chairs with a parasol.

Notes on accommodation
The duplexes have air conditioning in the lounges and the both bedrooms.
The complex is accessible only by key which all visitors will be provided with.
Please note the property is strictly no-smoking, smoking only permitted on the outside areas.

There are sunny outside private patio and terrace areas with tables, chairs and sun loungers. The private inner complex area offers a beautiful waterfall and pool area. The properties are on an exclusive complex and are maintained to a very high standard. Just a few minutes walk away there is a small convenience store which is open 7 days a week from 8am till 10pm. There is also a 4* hotel and bars/restaurants where you can enjoy a meal over a well deserved relaxing drink.

Caleta's beach is a 5 minute walk away and was carefully constructed to avoid currents and is in the shape of a horse shoe. This ensures it is perfectly safe for children of all ages. Those wanting to be a little more adventurous can go diving, hire jet skis or learn to windsurf at the water centre on the beach. The harbour is home to many yachts, catamarans and boats which provide local trips as well as providing a beautiful backdrop in the evenings.

Fuerteventura's 1st Golf course is a 5 minute drive away and was home to the Spanish Open in April 2004. The 18-hole course is a par 71. The 365 day a year course is comfortable to play even in the middle of the day with a cool comfortable breeze. Golf buggies are available for hire and the clubhouse offers a variety of services such a gym, sauna, golf range and restaurant and bar facilities. A second golf course, La Salinas is now open and is just next door from the Fuerteventura Golf course this also offers a great variety and equally impressive facilities.

Fuerteventura's airport is a 15 minute drive away from the resort, and costs around 10 euros in a taxi. There is a bus service from the airport for 1 euro on an air conditioned bus and it takes about 20 mins. Car hire can be arranged at the airport or in the town and can be as little as eur25 a day, this is a great way to explore the island. A great selling point for Caleta is that it is about middle of the island so a great base from which to explore.

This duplex property is only 2 mins walk from a selection of supermarkets, restaurants, shops, banks and bars in Caleta. The beach and harbour area are only a 5 mins walk away.
The bus stop for public transport to other parts of the island is only a 3 minutes walk away. The beaches of the south are only a hours drive from Caleta and the sand dunes of the north are even closer only a 40 mins drive away.

Further details
The golf club development is the first on the island and combines residential areas, leisure activities in addition to the golf. A new shopping complex complete with large supermarket, bars, restaurants, shops, English-speaking cinema and bowling alley has recently opened as part of the this. The beach area together with the 4 star hotels in this part of the resort offer a very attractive place to stroll or sunbathe.

Booking notes
A 25% deposit is payable on booking which is non refundable in the case of cancellation with the remaing balance due no later than 6 weeks before departure. A breakage deposit of 100 / euros 150 is payable on arrival which will then be refunded on day of departure after viewing of the property by the management company.
